Help with the Walk
We need volunteers for the following responsibilities...
Before the event:
- Set up for merchandise pick-up
- Pack merchandise orders for distribution
- Distribute merchandise at the scheduled pick-ups
Day-of the event:
- Blow up balloons
- Set up AV & stage
- Set up Walk Route signs
- Assist with parking
- Work the registration table
- Distribute balloons
- Monitor the balloon tag table
- Maintain the Baby Name sign-in sheet
- Sell BBQ Lunch tickets
